Be Careful Temecula: Mongols Motorcycle Gang Rally at Pechanga; MONGOLS President responds

UPDATE II: Mongols President BLASTS POLICE
The Mongols' president, 51-year-old Ruben "Doc" Cavazos, has a New York publicist and a new memoir about his life as a Mongol.
Cavazos said Wednesday that police in Riverside and San Diego counties harassed the group without provocation, stopping Mongols on motorcycles and searching their RVs for contraband.
"I think that the motorcycle clubs are truly the last group that you can violate their rights and nobody says anything," Cavazos said. (DOC, not too many people care about the rights of the individual Indian that tribes like Pechanga violates their civil rights either!)"They stepped all over us this weekend."
Dozens of sheriff's deputies and officers from around the area pulled over Mongols in and around Temecula, holding some at gunpoint, issuing 58 citations and arresting 17 people.

UPDATE: Sheriff's action keeps incidents negligible. Thank you to RCSO deputies. Congratulations Mongols on staying above the fray.

Be CAREFUL .... IF you decide to patronize Pechanga. They have their own thugs there, but then, the nightclubs were closed because of them.

Mongols Motorcycle Gang Arrests
LOS ANGELES (KNX 1070 NEWSRADIO) -- More than a dozen members of the Mongols Motorcycle gang were arrested this afternoon on Interstate 15 in the Temecula area.
By mid-afternoon traffic in both directions on the 15 slowed to a crawl, partly because drivers paused to watch the police activity.
As many as one-thousand Mongols are expected to rally at the Pechanga Casino then ride to the La Jolla Indian Reservation for a weekend gathering.

From Press Enterprise:

Capt. Jerry Williams of the Riverside County Sheriff's Department said a large group of Mongols had been expected to rally at the Pechanga Casino on Friday, then ride to the La Jolla Indian Reservation near Valley Center in northern San Diego County for a weekend campout. Authorities expected 300 to 1,000 Mongols to attend.
Williams said the rally was not sanctioned by the Pechanga Band of LuiseƱo Indians, but at any rate, it never materialized.

OP: WHY would Jerry Williams be saying it wasn't sanctioned by Pechanga? How does HE know? And what difference does it make? A criminal element planned to stage at Pechanga, they must feel comfortable there.

  1. QUITE A FEW OF PECHANGA'S HOODLUMS ARE IN THAT GANG. I'VE SEEN A FEW, RUDE SOB's. THE PUBLIC SHOULD STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS, KEEP A LOT OF SPACE BETWEEN YOU AND THAT GANG OF CREEPS.

  2. Criminals, pechanga 's good buddies. Maybe they are applying for security jobs. No, just good friends of the tribe. Sounds like a safe place for the people of Temecula. Stay away from pechanga!!

  3. I find it interesting that in a PE story today, Riverside Cpt.Williams speaks for Pechanga.
Let's see, they staged at Pechanga during our protest, I guess to protect Pechanga, because they certainly weren't their when Ray Basquez Jr. threatened us....

  4. Hey, did Ron Andrade supply the invite to the Mongols?

On County emails? Like he did for the Native American Caucus?

  5. Did the Pechanga Tribal Rangers stand guard in protection of the patrons?

Or are they just strong enough to watch women and children get molested and verbally abused at the tribal school?

  6. They are a motorcycle gang, not a group of ax-murderers. Damn! The amount of law enforcement that was seen patroling the entire area between The 79 and the 76 was absurd. I happened to meet a few of these, so-called, "Outlaws" while I was eating at a local restaurant, and was never in fear for my life. Can't you people invent something else to bitch about?

  7. Hi Jessica, we have plenty to bitch about, just read through the archives. Thanks for visiting.

    Prevention is a good thing.

San Diego Residents should be angered!! Helicopter partolling every 15 minutes on the camp site, get real, the Mongols are a "CLUB" not a Gang.

  9. "Club"??? Get a clue. MAYBE your husband is an upstanding citizen...but I doubt it. Get those losers off our streets, out of our state and off our planet!!!

  10. And the state attorney general classifies them as a gang.

How do we get Pechanga classified as such?

  12. Its funny all these people talking about the Mongols that dont know any of them or anything about them. Hiding behind anonimity doesn't hide your ignorance. I am a Mongol and proud of it!

  13. I have know a few people in my younger days, only because I was so young I didn't know the truth about people like these mongols, who seem to be in the middle of trouble everywhere they go? I don't think it is a coincidence either. Obviously they invoke that of which is unimaginabe to any decent human being no matter who they are. I thank God that I lived through that time in life to be able to look back now and pass on the real truth
to my daughter, who so far is way to street smart thanks to me, to ever get near any type of human filth such as these guys. I think they have instigated and agitated all the involvement of other parties, who shall remain nameless, and the reactions they might be responsible for in the past. A man has a right to defend himself.....

  14. IF YOU THINK YOU KNOW THE MONGOLS BUT ARE NOT A MEMBER YOU CANNOT FATHOM JUST HOW STUPID AND IDIOTIC MOST OF THEM ARE. TALK ABOUT LOSERS! IF THEY EVEN HAVE A BIKE THAT RUNS ITS A MIRACLE. I HAVE PARTIED WITH MANY OF THEM ON AND OFF AND THROUGH MY OLDER BROTHER, WHO IS MFFM, I WAS ABLE TO HAVE A RARE BUT VERY INFORMED VIEW ON HOW THESE IDIOTS DO THINGS. SO IF YOU THINK THESE BIG FAGGOTS WHO NEED A GANG TO BACK UP THEIR SHIT ARE COOL, YOU ARE A FOOLIO. SMOKIN' JOE

  15. I applaud the police for pulling them over maybe you are a wife son or daughter or member of the mongols I am a mother of a son that was viciously attacked by a group of your motor cycle gang for no reason. When a mother has her child in the hospital and beaten so badly she doesn't recognize him , the police pulling them over seems mild.....maybe bumper car on the freeway a bit more deserving

  16. I just so happened to have stumbled on this website. This is an interesting blog. I am considered an expert in the field of international and domestic terrorism as well as regional threat groups or security threat groups as they are called. Let me tell you something. The Mongols are criminals running a criminal enterprise as defined by federal statute. Just like the other 1% of the motorcycle club community. They deal drugs, sell guns, murder people for money, run prostitution rings, steal your identity and whatever else they can do to make money illegally. Some of them, as is the case with any group of humans, are better behaved than others but let there be no mistake you are judged often times by the company you keep. You may meet them and they may seemed fine and socially acceptable. This is because you have not crossed one. I know many mongols and members of almost every other biker gang in the U.S. and they know me quite well trust me. They honestly believe in their way of life and their right to live that way. All law enforcement is trying to do is make their presence known. The fact of the matter is if you are O.K. with all of the activities I have described then chances are you ARE an outlaw biker yourself and will end up locked up for the majority of your life as well. If you do not agree with those behaviors then you should applaud the officers for making these peoples lives difficult. Today marked the largest arrest of any motorcycle club in the U.S. and the mongols will be crippled dearly by this amazing effort. If convicted, the defendants charged in the main indictment face not less than five years and up to 40 years in federal prison, as well as a $2 million fine. Items confiscated include a shotgun, a stolen .25-caliber pistol, a Colt .38-caliber revolver, a Taurus .380-caliber pistol, ammunition, possession of more than 100 marijuana plants; and , possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute. I personally applaud the ATF. If you dont....well enough said.

  17. Actually, the 15-month joint undercover operation seized more than six pounds of Ethyl-M was seized in an earlier busts. Although in a follow-up arrest related to the ATF led “Operation Domino” almost 1pound of Go-ey was seized in Reno, Nevada after two prior purchases were made in California and the suspected Mongols agreed to deliver an additional pound of Meth to the Reno area.

I would like to further note that in the U.S. defendants whether they’re Bikers or not, are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. I mention this because the “expert in the field of international and domestic terrorism” above has the Mongol gang members tried and convicted before they even reach trial. All of the aforementioned crimes are “alleged.” Therefore, the arrested defendants are currently innocent of their criminal charges.
