The Swan family has received the good news that they will NOT BE charged in the case of Richard Swan's BEATING by Pechanga security guards. Lack of evidence is the reason.
Riverside DA Rod Pacheco has still not determined whether the charge the security guard, who attacked Mr. Swan from behind, leaving them with thousands of dollars in medical bills. Take a look at Richard's picture on the left column for e-v-i-d-e-n-c-e.
Justice will be delayed for the Swan's but hopefully, not denied.

Things sure are slow at the DA's office. Must be the holidays
This was posted on the KNBC channel 4 Los Angeles site about the beating of Mr. Swan.
Is there anyone who can help this other man?

I too was assaulted at Pechanga. I was brutally beaten by four security guards on Dec. 2, 2007 and was accused of attacking them. I was charge with assault and had to go to trial when the video show clearly I did nothing wrong. To this date I still have burses on my body. I was facing 3 years in the state penitentiary if I lost the trial. I need help on how to pursue this to court because I now know I wasn̢۪t the only victim they have brutally beaten that was only trying to leave. Anyone with any information please leave your email and I will contact you. Thank you.

The Indians have there own rules and believe they are above the law. No attorney so far will take them on. Pechnaga has enough money to drag any lawsuits out for years. Just look what they are doing to their own people.
If the DA doesn't charge the guards then that is just saying it is okay for Pechanga to allow brutality to go on in their casino.
Where is the justice? Pechanga is not above the law. This is a disgrace to allow this kind of thing to go on at this Casino!
The DA has been working on other things, and most likely, hopes this goes away.
The security guard who was fired can do himself some good by exposing the culture of violence there.
