It would be a civil rights law suit against the U.S Title 42 1983,1985
ReplyDeleteThe Equal Protection Clause, part of the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution, provides that "no state shall ... deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
Just Google search (sample title 42 1983 complaint)and it shows you how to lay out a civil law suit.

Actully, the D.E.A allowed the guns to be purchased under the gize of following them to their source. But they lost track of them, of course, and then they were used to kill the border patrol agent/agents. Sort of "Lame at Best?"
