Pechanga Tribal to Hold SPECIAL MEETING on Informant: CASINO INTERNAL INVESTIGATION

We wrote about an issue that was breaking on some unbecoming conduct by a certain "crime family" of Pechanga. Now, we get information that the tribe is holding a "SPECIAL MEETING" to bring this information to the tribe.  April 29th is only 11 days away.  This should help keep out of town members from coming in on short notice.

We encourage all members to show up.   One vote can make the difference.    QUESTION:  WILL THOSE whose names are on the "list" be allowed to vote?

Here is the agenda for that meeting and it looks serious. They are discussing sanctions. Should activity against the tribe lead to ending of per capita? Or termination of tribal citizenship due to harming the tribe?

READ ITEM E:  Approval of sanctions agains each tribal member.....

What do you think? The comments are open.

  1. Everyone of the corrupt is shivering I'm sure. All it takes is one to be stuck to the wall and they will begin to sing to save their own butts. Jeannie handed the tribal chair over to Mark the corrupt when she saw the dollars she could embezzle from her position while on the PDC. Mark Also assisted his buddy "Butch Murphy" gain a years in service payout after he lost his seat on the PDC. This helped Mark not have to follow through on his financial obligations to Butches sister that bore Marks child. The iceberg is very deep, and can take the Titanic down. Corruption at Pechanga. BEWARE! Tick Tock Tick Tock

  2. This corruption needs to stop. Dis enrollment of this family and banishment is a must. Get rid of the cancer once and for all!

  3. Even more interesting is the band will be able to decide in this matter, but not the Membership issue of the Hunters. Tick Tock Tick Tock

  4. Yes, Butch is the uncle to Marks children. What a better way to pay child support than have percapita checks go to your ex wife and her family who are enrolled.

And by keeping the "adopted in the Indian way" Murphy in the tribe and in positions of power perpetuate the ability of Mark to retain a leadership roll. If Mark falls Butch will back him up to a different position of power and influence. After all "Butch" owes Mark for all he has and become.

Mark, Jenny, Butch, Ronnie, Raymond, Ed, Yollie... core members operating under the name of CPP (Concerned Pechanga People)

nothing more than corruption… to take what does not belong. The cookie jar has more hands in it than cookies. Got caught now they will turn on each other.

Interesting that Mark is most likely not on the list under the investigation. Wonder if "Butch" is because he was on PDC with Jenny...

    connect the dots all guilty...

  5. Mark is blind and only sees behind him. Looking over his shoulder all the time. Butch feeds his bullshit and he led the Splinter group. Between Butch and Jeannie Mark had over 200 votes to stay in office. Mark can finally do the right thing and get rid of Jeannie with the clarity that this investigation is bringing into light. Reverse the error that was made in the Hunters Dis enrollment and bring harmony back to the band. Make it happen Mark!

  6. All you Tribal Members, Just recall all those times that Jennie stood up and accuse certain families of not belonging to Pechanga. It is your time to remove the filth from the Tribe, If you do not then she will continue to fine ways to disenroll the families she had in mind.

  7. " Even more interesting is the band will be able to decide in this matter". That is a really good Question, If they vote to disenroll. Will Mark send out a letter weeks later stating that the meeting was not legal and it is only up to them to make that decision and it is not up to the people. Time will tell. Let see how he will handle this. I think this meeting will open Pandora's box, it may turn out to be a free for all meeting.

  9. if the meeting starts at 10am should passengers I mean members arrive 2 hour early to ensure they get into the meeting on time?

it should look like the TSA at the airport to get into the meeting.

    Security in force... check

    metal detectors in place... check

    search wands in hand.... check

    pat down room secure... check

    Who is on “the list”?

Will the people on “the list” attend the meeting or will they have to sit in the waiting room until they are called?

Toughs lucky enough to be on “the list”… don’t forget to use deodorant, name names, and be completely honest and forthcoming. Your time to own up and take responsibility is now. Get it off your conscience. Make it right!

  17. Maybe conspiracy charges?

    1.Conspiracy to commit murder?

    ReplyDelete
  18. Quit making up B.S.... conspiracy to commit murder? Who?

    STFU on that crap.

It's bad enough Jennie led the charge to eliminate 25% of the tribe, but that wasn't enough for the crime family was it...

    Yes, it's GREED.

  19. Question: Are we, even, going to get a look into this "Criminal Organization" that is "Pechanga," or are they going to play the "Shred of Darkness" card and hold back the actual goings on in what could prove to be "Vol-lit-al?" There has been so much "Corruption" that something had to give. The "Macarro Cartel" can't even attempt to clean this one up. So whose to fall from grace this time around? And the entire membership gets to vote this time, so why couldn't they all vote when the Hunters were "Illegally Disenrolled?" You can't have it both ways...."Eagle Eyes."

    ReplyDelete
  20. The whole tribe did vote to stop all disenrollments in 2005, including the Hunters, but the will of the people was ignored.

The Masiel/Basquez family led the charge in illegally kicking out the Hunters.

Now is the shoe on the other foot?

  21. Criminal and underhanded tactics, KARMA is coming around.

    OP, is the press notified?

  22. Mark was voted in by a quick movement in a corrupt circle infesting the band. He looks, talks the role. But he is a rotten apple to the core. Red on the outside, white on the inside and has failed the people. The thing people should be careful of today is what is someone saying to you? What is the outcome, if I do what I'm being told I should do. The band voted to accept the Murphy clan, "custom and tradition." The band voted to stop ALL disenrollments and investigations for the purpose of disenrollments, "custom and tradition". A corrupt faction broke tribal law 20 yrs later and sent out a letter saying the tribes General Membership does not have the authority to decide membership issues. According to tribal law, custom and tradition the band decides all matters. hmmmmmm who is the chairman "Mark Macarro" brother "John Macarro" legal department. Send out a letter to the membership full of lies. Smoke and mirrors people. Its time to clean the house. Before someone else does.

  23. Is Mark Macarro going to do the right thing? I don’t think so let’s not forget his brother John. He stole monies from the tribe using the tribal credit card that he shouldn’t have in the first place. Is he up in front of the tribe to answer for his theft. I guess if you are a Macarro you can take from the tribe and not answer for you actions.

    ReplyDelete
  24. My question is why does Mark feel the need to consistently cover over what Jennie and "her people" do, I have wondered for years? Is there some sort of payoff for Mark? Is Jenny aware of something that the tribe is not? Why would someone put the needs of a few individuals over the needs of the tribe as a whole?

    ReplyDelete
  25. Great question. The answer that comes to mind is the 130 plus votes the Basquez family promises Mark if he shares the blanket. Mark allowed 25% of the band to be dis enrolled, even though he knows that allotted Indians with Elder recognition "Antonio Ashman" have recognition according to custom and tradition. He wont stand up to the corrupt, because he is an apple with no core.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Mark has come accustomed to his life, not for custom and tradition; without care for the most important people he is elected to represent. Instead he takes interest in doing the bidding of the evil CPP.

How will he keep his name clear and honestly say he did everything in his power to maintain the integrity of the band and its interests?

Keep in mind that the tribal council is the oversight for all committee and subcommittees put in place by the general membership. Will Macarro looking the general membership in the face and say

    “I did not know”?

    Or say

“I heard there was something going on”?

Who is Macarro sending to the wolves?

How long has council been privy to the ill gotten gain of “the list” names unmentioned?

How many years back did the investigation include? What was considered non conclusive? Who will be excluded from the debauchery?

Knowledgeable to activities and not acting on such activities is unacceptable.

  27. First the hanging, then the trial may mean that the tribe may never know with certainty what these people have done. The people that are being singled out for tribal sanctions committed crimes that should be prosecuted in state and federal courts. Secret Tribal Sanctions against those accused of crimes may allow the tribal leadership to sweep these criminal acts under the carpet, and help the wrong doers to avoid public disclosure of their acts, criminal trials, jail time, and restitution. There will be plenty of time after these people are convicted of crimes and testify against others in the tribe who may have aided or knew of their criminal actions, to take internal tribal action.

  28. I have a proposal: Be it known that according to BIA rules un enerolled Native Americans can form their own tribe and the Inland Cherokees are a STATE Recognized TRIBE. Therefore a New tribe will be formed with Land given to maintain the now closed Indian Museum on Lake Perris and the control of Lake Skinner for this new unified tribe with tribal land at the emergency entrance to Lake Skinner with reparation payment from the parties who did the first dis-enrolled the Perchanga tribal member. Since the Inland Cherokees were forcibly moved by a BIA order, a further compensation of land and funds as the Cherokee President has recognized but refused to support these tribal members. Also any guest of Perchanga will have exclusive priority to utilize this new area with compensation payment from Perchanga luiseno tribe for a total resort. This would create a sustained income and save the federal and state responsibility which is now lacking to promote true Native American values and local autonomy.

  30. While Jennie did some good getting the tribe focused on gaming, that doesn't give them the right to steal from the tribe.

She made good money in per capita, expenses and salary at PDC. Greed made her need more?

She probably spends her mother's checks too.

  34. From everything I have read on here...Macarro won't get rid of the Maisel/Basquez families because they give him to many votes...is that correct?....isn't that conspiracy?

    ReplyDelete
  35. Didnt Raymond Basquez and Andrew Maisel try to impeach Mark Macarro. the Maisel/Basquez need to disenroll more familys because they have been exposed for there fraud and thefts. what is poor Mark to do save these families and be over thoughen or do what is right and lose his backing.

  36. Bet Macarro is sorry he doesn't have 240 more votes available now.
