Did a Pechanga Board Member Sign Off on Robinson's Invoices?
That s what the defendant's lawyer said in court today.
Diallo said he did not dispute that Riley gave Robinson what he called substantial amounts of money. He said it was to help Robinson through a divorce in 2005 and then, in 2006, as a gift to help him buy a business. He said there would be testimony that Riley had no knowledge of Robinson’s purported gambling problems.
He also said Robinson did not unilaterally sign off on the invoices; they also required board member approval.
Wasn't Robinson going out with a PDC member?

I saw Robinson drop $10k in the span of thirty minutes at the blackjack table at Pechanga in 2006.
They don't let employees gamble at Pechanga, so how would that be true?
he could gambel anywhere evan a bookie could take bets. yes he was going out with Michelle and dont know her last name she got married but she is Edd Burbee's niece.
To "July 11, 2012 11:12 PM" you should contact the lawyer in charge of prosecuting Robinson and let them know what you saw, you could be a potential witness to add to their case against him.
Would the PDC be the ones signing off on the invoices, or would that be tribal council members?
it is not so much the case against Robinson but what about if an official(s) from the tribe signed off on it and benefited from it theselves?
It would be someone on the tribal council that would have to sign off on moneys go out even the PDC have to ask the tribal council for approval for moneys going out of Pechanga. If this was to help a tribal council member buy a business who has a sister that was caught with illegal slot machines going to Mexico. Could this new business be a casino in Mexico and Andrew Masiel sister is Jennie Miranda.
I heard that Andrew Masiel worked at Soboba a while back. He was caught signing his own checks and instead of filling charges he told to quit.

Of course they did. Their "Sheep," and don't want to "Incurr Marks Wrath." He say "Jump," and they want to know "How High?" Hows it feel to live in "Treachery" under the likes of "Mark and his Henchmen?" All the membership has to do is vote him out, but "Mark" has too many "Henchmen" in place to allow that to happen.
