You Think Pechanga's Andrew Masiel Might Be Interested? How can Brother of Former Pechanga Chair Not Know?

how is Jennie doing?

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) — A former Crow Creek tribal council member has been sentenced on accusations he concealed information from authorities investigating a bribery conspiracy on the South Dakota reservation.

Loren "Rocky" Fallis pleaded guilty earlier to misprision of a felony. The U.S. attorney's office says the 58-year-old Fallis lied about a meeting in October 2008 where a contractor allegedly divided cash between several current and former members of the council.

  1. The U.S. attorney's office says the case is the last involving corruption and bribery on the reservation. Four other participants in the 2008 meeting were sentenced earlier to prison terms ranging from 15 months to 10 years.

  8. You guys from Pechanga need to rid yourselves of Macarro in order for the Moratorium to be lifted. It looks like he has dug himself in so deep that he will not bend until he is forced to. But it can be done, you need to fight in unity there are so many of you and you need to banned together and find a way of getting to him. Rent a billboard near your Casino and word it right to show the people of what he has done and what your EC has done to hurt you and keep you out of such a prestigious operation. Then find legal things that you can actually face Mark on, like his wife, and other dealings, and then go after him. Let the FBI know what you have learned, Find the lawyer that represents the tribe and have him/ her disbarred. These are angles you can try. Don't complain, assemble and fight, til there is nothing left in you, let your children know the truth and they can fight too. You deserve this. Run against him, no one else is, let the people of the tribe know your names and how you belong. Make flyers and send them out. Gather in bunches and take over your rightful heritage. You are huge in numbers from what is told on this site. you have the power and obviously the local gov and police are not going to step in. Start the fight that you should have started already. Make your voices loud, so that if you go down, at least you fought.

  9. Force him to bend. Keep the pressure on. Don't quit like the punk ass bitches you seem to br.

  10. Thats all this is about is the money!! No one cared when the indians were broke now all of a sudden everyone one wants to fight to prove your Indian... PLEASE! Quit crying about it if your not from there, YOUR NOT FROM THERE!!

    ReplyDelete
  11. YOUR NOT FROM THERE!!

No, we've always been there. Just "Greedy Parasites" like "Macarro and his Henchmen" and his "Illegal Acts " against his own for nothing more then "Power" and "Self Interest." Knowing full well he wouldn't be "Chairman" today if we were still "Members!" That's the one "Specific" reason he had to "Remove Us." The other is they get to slit up the "Percap" from the 25% disenrolled. ..."Sovereignty, What A Concept!"...."Eagle Eyes."

  12. The land the new Pala tribal hall is built on was my families I lived on that land when I was born...and I still got disenrolled! I've always been from Pala way before the casino and was enrolled way before the casino like most . This isn't about money it's about our heritage and what's right!

    ReplyDelete
  13. Don't believe everything u hear. The Pechanga/Pala EC's love to lie to the people to make them believe we shoul'nt be enrolled. Take time look at the evidence before "talking out both sides of your mouth" haha!

  14. You have to admit tho...it's true...I drive by and never see you disenrolled picketing...there used to be people outside of Barronas all the time with signs...if there were 400 of you kicked out....put up some fight....become more visible..people will start to take notice maybe?...if you have people out every weekend even...it's going to put a bug up Marks ass.....the squeaky wheel gets the grease!!..

For those of you who are bad mouthing the disenrolled for speaking out why do you even read OP if you dont like what they have to say. I am going out on a limb here but I bet you are still enrolled, getting your per capita check, and a friend or family member of their tribal leader. Start your own site if you dont like it noone here wants to read YOUR crying. Read the proof that they should be enrolled if you were intelligent enough to do so then you would be on their side.

  18. For those who dont get why we use this forum to share the truth, you need to understand that there are many ways the leadership of these tribes have deceived their people, they have used casino cash to buy their people' s complacency and for you to ignorantly blog your opinion that being indian is about culture tells me you are just that, ignorant. Dont come on here and give us your advice. We dont need to know how to protest your way. We know the pen is mightier than the sword and all our efforts are documented, our proof is documented for all to see. You naysayers can't abide by the truth because it just exposes your lies to all the public. We will be like a thorn in your side until you make all the wrongs you have committed right once again. If we chose to picket, then it will be of our choosing, and not at your bidding. Good day sir!

  19. Not only are we from there, we are here. We have been there and from here since the beginning of time. We are not going anywhere, and this article simply puts light on the corruption that exists in our band. The biggest lie posted in this comment section is, we know nothing about the culture. We know plenty, and practice it. The point you’re missing is that our culture is beautiful, and is being poisoned by greed, corruption. This article asks a very important question. What does Andy know about his own sister? I believe the answer is very important.

  20. The right hand doesn't always know what the left hand is doing. And that will inevitally be these "Corrupt and Criminal Parasites Downfall." There is a partern here that for all their supposed "Damage Control," there are to many irons in the fire to hide all the "Indiscrections" of these "Corrupt Parasites." The Government(Indian Affairs), as lame as they are, their not stupid. When their back is to the wall..."They Have To Act." But not to the degree that is required to fix what is broken. So we all need to keep the pressure on because they will not act responsibly unless..."Pushed." And "Push We Will."..."Eagle Eyes."

  21. Pechanga has many attorneys they all can't be disbarred, and your the punk ass bitch!

  22. The culture, that we knew as tribal members, was to help our fellow members. Lawrence Madariaga, and his wife Sophie, used to help other members with diapers and milk when some couldnt help.

That contrasts with some others who are still in the tribe, EB WHO WAS FIRED FOR using water computer for child porn, or VI the molester. Is that the culture tha remains?

    ReplyDelete
  23. Exactly! Very sad but true!

    ReplyDelete
  24. The "culture" we chose was to do what was right. To make sure that those that belond would take their rightful place in the tribe. To share ... That's why the Hunters AND Manuela's fought for the Tosobol's right to be included.

Is it the Tribal way to screw those others? Is that the culture of which you speak? To lie cheat and steal?

  25. I heard that the per cap is way down.....does anybody know the monthly amount?....I hear it's less than $18,000 down from close to $28,000... Is this true?

    ReplyDelete
  26. Who cares ? casino indian? thats why alot of people don't protest (they had those checks)deep down inside they want the check again and thats all they care about.

    The above post is proof.

  27. Since it is anonymous, you could have written both posts

    ReplyDelete
  28. I wrote the post at 505 pm and am not tribal.....my question was about the per cap going down...I figure pretty soon the supposed leader will cut more people that he doesn't like and label them non-tribal to jack his and his buddies money up.

  29. In response to the "person" who CLAIMS the land the Pala Admin. is on belongs to their family.....Hmmmm..I have lived there my whole life and knew of 2 houses (1) torn down that were on that property and they were both rentals....hmmmm the (1) house they tore down was a well known "drug house"...was that you? Anybody with a brain knows that in order for the Tribe to build on so called Assignment they can do so because the land is legally the Tribes. Don't believe me, then go to the BIA.....Oh yea...forgot you were disenrolled.

    ReplyDelete
  30. Luckily, there is NO such provision that the thieves of Pechanga can use to steal the allotted land of families who have been connected there for 100 years or more.

Jennie Miranda THIEF, can't do it, Vicent IBANZEZ, child molester can't.
    Andrew Masiel, Democrat, can't either.

  31. What do you mean? They are not allowing the Rios family to go to their land. (Same thing as stealing it from them).

    ReplyDelete
  32. Has your banishment been extended or made permanent? Who is not allowing that?

    ReplyDelete
  33. The council or splinter group are conspiring against them and others to keep them away from the rez.

  34. What happened the last time they entered?

    What has Munoa said?

  35. According to the BIA and department of Interior I am still enrolled. Only Pala says I'm not. The BIA sent letters to all of us and the Tribe to re-enroll us but the Pala EC will not listen. Pala has turned in "NO" evidence to the BIA or anyone as to why they disenrolled cuz they have none! Also how old are u this was in the early 80's we lived there in the brown trailer on the end..I don't know what happen or who lived their after we moved out and they sold the land and the orange groves.

  36. I'm still in Pala all the time my family lives their.
