  3. Please read Interior Board of Indian Appeals, Robert Edwards v. Pacific Regional Director,BIA
    Docket # IBIA 05-44-A.
Now if you want to talk about lying and trying to be a big chief then just look at ROBERT EDWARDS. He is now a plantiff against the Dept of Interior. What kind of people associate with the likes of Robert and his "in everyones business if $$$ is involved" WIFE. !!! Scam artists ? or just poor innocent bystanders who want justice. Mr. Edwards was one of the tribal leaders who screwed up the lives of those who unfortunatly followed his big scheme, he lead them over a cliff and do you think he has any remorse? of course not, his wife won't let him. They are the true picture of dishonesty and greed.

  5. The tribes that have disenrolled are destroying themselves..all their percap has gone down since disenrollments. Where is all that extra money they are saving by not paying the disenrolled?? Maybe because the problem was not the disenrolled but the people who disenrolled them..the executive councils who's money has not been effected.they still get their percap, high salaries, high bonuses and perks.

  6. An "Idle No More" style effort in these United States must put the unjust disenrollments on the top of the list of atrocities committed against Indigenous People.

We need to define our own Indian Country "Idle No More" issues here in the United States. Are we merely throwing our positive energy of support across the border north to the First Nations in Canada or what? We have a great many injustices that need attention that are escaping our collective consciences because we are so disjointed in our direction toward what an "injustice" actually is. VAWA is one. What are the rest? Injustice for one tribe is having another neighbor tribe building a competing casino next door. With the American public's perception twisted by gigantic Indian casinos and massaged by well-paid lobbyist paid by those tribes to get Congressional to support everything but the "true" injustices, let us get control of the "Idle No More" phenomena down south of the border where it makes a genuine difference. Where is our "Chief Spence"?

  9. I think you Misunderstood what he was saying. He's saying tribal councils are crying Injustice when another tribe tries to build a casino next door. Because they don't care about thier people just thier profit margins. Glad to help explain it to the simple minds.

  10. I think the person above understands completely. Some tribal members who were disenrolled, in a couple of tribes, did some dirty things. They were after control and used their own tribal members. In one tribe about 60 people followed and belived what a few said and they were disenrolled along with the trouble makers. The tribes that try to block other tribes from getting casinos are just showing their greed. It's a shame that they would even think of doing this.I am also glad to spell check some people...(it's their, not thier!)

  12. Pala EC just disenrolled more members. These guys need to be stopped. There needs to be a gathering of all of the disenrollees and other family members and anyone else who wants to come to take the reservation back and get rid of the whole EC. This can be done and it can be peaceful.
