Pechanga Disenrollments: Wages of Sin Are Death

Cancer is afflicting those who harmed hundreds of Pechanga people.  Word from the Pechanga rez is that two of those responsible for the witch hunt that destroyed the heritage of two families have cancer.

This would mean they would be joining Ihrene Scearce, who has already succumbed to the disease, in hell soon.

While I take NO joy in this result, I also feel nothing for these two horrible people.... YM and RR, good luck to you...

  2. It is still not too late for them to repent and turn from their deeds and make right the wrong that they have done as long as they have a breath of life in them. It might not give them their health back but it would help them rest easier once they depart this world.

  8. san louis ray is at least luiseno like the luiseno band of Temecula Indian.
If they are Mexican squatter in Temecula the story gets deeper.

    ReplyDelete
  9. if they are Mexican squatters that forged there papers in the BIA will this affect the Pechanga water bill in the senate.

  10. The rez is in Temecula,(luiseno band of Temecula Indians)

Nobody else has any business being in the tribe. ( Or on the fucking council ).

    Don't care about any Mexicans.

  11. Pechanga is " Temecula band of Luiseno mission Indians. "

Where is Temecula and a local Luiseno mission?

    Congress understands do you?

    Squatter or adopted or both?
    Hmmmm
Macarro gonna keep allotted families out?

    Tick tock

Murphy and Macarro let disfunction comfortable instead. Can you fix it?

  16. Authenticated BIA paperwork (We know who the Temecula Indians are).

Tribes can't make up their own paperwork . authentication of the Certificate. See Sepulveda-Barraza,645 F.3d at 1070.

( Save that bullshit for someone else)

    ReplyDelete
  17. Some factions in the tribes are allowing authentication of the Certificate.
    Bullshit is crystal clear.
Time to fix the problems or let them be fixed by preventive sources.
Some people feel its ok to let junkies run the bands council. mostly because they dont belong there either.
    crazy shit for sure.

  18. Here you have council leaders forcing their leads and forcing people to follow their greedy harvest times with lies and threats. "Do as I say or your next!!!!"
What the truth is "a·part·heid" is a process that does cause allot of harm for giver and taker. It also causes allot of harm for the innocent few watching the giver forcefully practice "a·part·heid" thinking it will not effect them. Time will correct everything, lies will be cleaned, "a·part·heid" will be stopped.
What will the outcome be after?

  20. Oh you mean if A person with a degree of Indian blood (CDIB) has a parent grandparent on a census record that says they are "MEXICAN" that might be a flare?
    Federal agents liked it!
Adopted allows these to get a vote to adopt, then allows fixed paperwork to justify belonging?

    ReplyDelete
  21. Then the corrupt go to congress and say please settle water rights with us. We have taken out the rights of some allotted Indians on the rez. and they do not need access to the water rights we would like. We dis-enrolled Some allotted Indian, and they can suffer the outcome as it is rewrote. "a·part·heid"

    ReplyDelete
  22. The tribe voted as a whole to stop "all" targeting of enrolled members for dis-enrollment. "all means all". Then the council allows the dis-enrollment to continue on an allotment family that has been on the rez since the rez was established, without going back in front of the people who voted to stop "all" dis-enrollments.
You could fix everything or continue to see all the drama you've created continue.

  24. the fact is, anyone who can sit and see all the documentation from the the certified depositions of tribal elders, certified documents from the creation of the Pechanga reservation, see the unfortunate disenrollment of Luiseno indians at Pechanga.

    ReplyDelete
  25. at least two of the depositions had to be translated from Luiseno to English for the record to be certified by the government issuing the Allotment to the Hunter Family.
All Documentation is plain and Simple, Hunters are Pechanga. "Pechanga Band Of Luiseno Mission Indians."

  26. Tribes can't make up their own paperwork . authentication of the Certificate. See Sepulveda-Barraza,645 F.3d at 1070.

    1. This means a person having a ( CDIB)from the BIA not fraud.

    2. It's very easy to see past records from the BIA ( As posted on this blog) that show people are not Temecula Indian.

    3. Now if we have people with CDIB's when "there is clear Authenticated proof their not Temecula Indian" we have fraud.

4.Just being a "Land owner " is not Authenticated proof of being a Temecula Indian.

    5. CDIB's , application and stamped approved by BIA regarding land . Your Father a member, Grandfather , Greatgrandfather etc,.... United States v. Bruce, 394 F.3d 1215, 1223–24 (9th Cir.

  31. Dear Anonymous in response to your quote towards "undeserving non-members:" Ancestry.com has now posted the Indian Rolls from California, including Pechanga, as public record. So, Dear Enrolled Pechanga Members, you all can see for yourselves now who in this Tribe was a native member of Pechanga instead of the "misunderstandings" that include statements like "they were from other tribes" or simply "that they are Mexicans". Also another favorite quote "they are johnny come latelys who enrolled because of the casino." The big question is "Is your family member that you claim ancestry from on these pre-1900 censuses?"

    ReplyDelete
  32. Ancestry.com is a Joke , Did you know any BOZO could add stuff to that site?

Again , as posted on ( This very site ) authenticated paperwork (by federal law ) comes from the BIA not Ancestry.com

There was paperwork posted here about Irene ( Whatever) the lady who just passed away. ~~>that worked at the BIA.

Authenticated that she did not ( Belong ) Plain and simple .

Stop with your Tomfoolery , Federal Case rules in federal court ( Not ancestry.com)

All birds, even those of the same species, are not alike, and it is the same with animals and with human beings. The reason Wakan Tanka does not make two birds, or animals, or human beings exactly alike is because each is placed here by WakanTanka to be an independent individuality and to rely upon itself. - Shooter Teton Sioux

  45. The source is dealing with everyone as time tells you. One thing is for certain, all things will be correct, keep faith and do the things that you can individually or with others if you agree with them. No matter what choice is made, we will pay for it either good or bad. Unfortunately people who choose the bad choice have been receiving their pay back. If Mark and Robert believe they have made good choices, the source will pay them for it. At Pechanga, the pay is coming to individuals every moment now. We are all paid according to our choices. Today we can continue to make the same choice and receive the same pay, or make new choices to have new pay.

  46. Mark Macarro and Robert Smith, as the above poster @ 6:56PM says. Are you making the right choices for the Nation? I don't think you are or have made good choices for the Nations. Written Laws by your nations and custom and tradition of your nations have been put to the side while you push entire families to struggle. Day to day you can turn the page and increase the love again in the Nations.

Among the Indians there have been no written laws. Customs handed down from generation to generation have been the only laws to guide them. Every one might act different from what was considered right did he choose to do so, but such acts would bring upon him the censure of the Nation.... This fear of the Nation's censure acted as a mighty band, binding all in one social, honorable compact. - George Copway (Kah-ge-ga-bowh) Ojibwa Chief

    ReplyDelete
  47. Mark Macarro and Robert Smith,Good luck and hope the best for you and your decisions. Unfortunately I don't see comfort from you when you are asked why you have allowed families to be forced away even if they belong to the band with the rest. Your stories and replies do not pass everywhere they are shared if all the stories are told truthfully.

”All things in the world are two. In our minds we are two, good and evil. With our eyes we see two things, things that are fair and things that are ugly.... We have the right hand that strikes and makes for evil, and we have the left hand full of kindness, near the heart. One foot may lead us to an evil way, the other foot may lead us to a good. So are all things two, all two.” - Eagle Chief (Letakos-Lesa) Pawnee

  48. Fools!! All of you! Robert and Mark will continue to lie and cheat to gain more for themselves they don't care who they hurt really. Nothing is gonna change until the tribe does something. There's nobody coming to your rescue the BIA thinks the councils to be the tribe and the courts won't interfere. Stop complaining online and do something about it. Be heroes. It's been too many years these 2 lame excuse for tribal leaders have gotten away with everything nobody will be sad actually the celebrating will be great. So nothing will change until Robert and Mark are gone one way or another.

  49. If we are Native American, What are we doing right now?

Native American isn’t blood. It is what is in the heart. The love for the land, the respect for it, those who inhabit it, and the respect and acknowledgement of the spirits and elders. That is what it is to be Indian. ~White Feather, Navajo Medicine Man

    ReplyDelete
  50. Robert is running out of steam. His time is coming and he knows it, then the Tribe will finally have their eyes opened and do what is in reality the right thing to do. You can bully people for so long, before you know it, the bullying will come back and bite you in the ass.

It's already been written I believe. In my opinion the disgrace is not allowing everyone to be themselves.

“A Native American elder once described his own inner struggles in this manner: Inside of me there are two dogs. One of the dogs is mean and evil. The other dog is good. The mean dog fights the good dog all the time. When asked which dog wins, he reflected for a moment and replied, The one I feed the most.”

  60. You know I come to this site to see how everyone is doing. I think there are all sorts of poster's some are negative and some are positive. I sometimes post when I feel the urge, yet I do not like to talk about what I am doing to fight the people who caused my disenrollment. I think it is unwise to tell your enemy what you are doing to stop them. Its like getting the answers to the test. Remember I am Indian, so time can mean today, tomorrow, next week, next year, etcetera, etcetera. Things will be made right, yet I do not care about the casino, or the money. I believe in working. Our family will be made whole. For those of you who want to see something happening, and for those who post in angry tones that we do nothing. You need to slowdown and center your thought because you do not know what it is I do in my fight, and personally I do not need your approval or assistance, for I am on Indian time.

    ReplyDelete
  61. Amen. I too am Indian. I too fight behind the scenes. I too agree there are from time to time good arguments. I too agree that our time will come. But for people to not listen to. Both sides of every argument. Is exactly how we got to where we are. One sided arguments. If people are being ignorant. I can see removing the post. But just because u don't agree. I believe is being hypocritical.

  62. I know there are many things being done behind the scenes I'm just tired of WAITING! Also I'm VERY,VERY TIRED of the the B.I.A. not doing a dam thing!! There a waist of federal money a useless entity.

  63. It is true that both sides should be heard. What I hope will happen with both sides is that instead of just spouting off the poster(s) use information and evidence to back up what is being said. It is a reasonable request, and if the supporting information is good it give credibility. I would be a liar if I said I do not get frustrated and impatient, yet I know that if I give up then my family's children will have nothing. I would hate to have one of my great niece's or nephew's ask why am I not Indian like my great-grandma? Or what is our history? Have faith and a strong heart and know we stand together. Meditate and burn sage with your prayers, and know that the answers will come in their time.

  70. Macarro is from an Alotted family, Luiseno. Just like the,Berdugo, Kengish, Duro, Rodriguez, Ayal, Tosobal, Quilich, Magee, Garcia, Trujuillo,Valencia, Hunters and a few more to go on and on. The question should be if your enrolled or looking to be enrolled does your CDIB card say Luiseno? Since Pechanga is "Temecula band of LUISENO Mission Indians."
The bad thing is some of the LUISENO people have forgot to take care of their families, and have allowed greed to send them in diffrent directions. It's not to late to correct the mistake, before it perpetuates.

  71. The biggest genocide in human history didn't occur in Nazi Germany, but on American soil.
100 Million Native Americans were Slaughtered and lost their homeland.

Now we have similar actions happening within some bands and tribes. Then internal anger comes and brings other actions and reactions.
Some people in the bands do not agree with the actions taken against others but are afraid it may come toward them.

At Pechanga KARMA will pay it forward. Pedophile or drug people justified lies and others agreeing with them to keep things controllable will bring KARMA. Now and in the future.

Is corrupt actions to remove votes that are unmanageable the Indian way?
