Death stalks the halls of the Casino that has led to corruption, greed, civil and human rights violation and theft...
UPDATE: A BABY was in the room where the murder occured.
A 32-year-old woman is expected to be booked on suspicion of murder in the fatal shooting of her boyfriend at the Pechanga Resort and Casino near Temecula, in Riverside County, authorities said Monday, Feb. 24.
Maria Vihanek was being treated at a hospital for a self-inflicted injury that Riverside County sheriff’s officials said was not life threatening.
Keith Rodman, 49, died at Temecula Valley Hospital shortly after he was shot in the hotel room Friday night, said Sgt. Mike Manning.
After he was shot about 11 p.m., Rodman made his way to an elevator and into the lobby of the 45000 Pechanga Parkway resort in seek of medical help about. Vihanek was later found injured in the hotel room.
Manning said Vihanek’s injury was not a gunshot wound but declined to elaborate. No word on whether bullets penetrated other hotel rooms.
Slitting your own throat isn't life threatening wow what great news reporting.
ReplyDeleteThe Press Enterprise doesn't seem to want to dig deeper into the story, say, like were any other patrons of the hotel ever in danger.
ReplyDeleteSince she didn't die then it was obviously a superficial wound. Press Enterprise can only report what is told to them. No one else was in danger, since the shooter was obviously trying to kill herself in the room.
ReplyDeleteThe shooter, shot her boyfriend in the hotel room, she didn't "just" slit her throat.
ReplyDeleteWhat caliber was the weapon, did all bullets hit the deceased? Did bullets go through the window?
Press Enterprise can ASK questions rather than take statements.
They do what their Pechanga advertisers want them to do
ReplyDelete1st degree murder, Premeditated murder, child endangerment(baby was in room during shooting), perjury(Wound to throat in an attempt to justify self defense, later found that the wound was self inflicted.) and a host of other charges to boot. If found guilty, officials could seek the death penalty. A sad day indeed for my friend, Keith. You will be missed.
ReplyDeleteKeith will be missed. I pray that justice is taken.
ReplyDeleteMaria was clearly is a desparate state of mind most like from the mental and physical abuse she had been enduring the months leading up to this tragedy- I pray Maria will be found not guilty due to her emotional state of mind at the time of this shooting.
ReplyDeleteTo the last comment, I am a little confused, think about what you are saying, this woman had her child in the room with this man, if you know anything about Pechanga you cant just go upstairs without front desk access, so if as you say, she suffered from abuse, why was she in a room with him, why did she have a gun, why please tell me WHY HER BABY WAS IN THE ROOM WITH HER....LASTLY....found not guilty are you kidding me, this is the craziest thing I have read yet, she shot him, killed him, why not go to police and report it.... no one has the right to take another persons life, and then after this altercation not contact police or call security...why are the police finding her in the room the next day if this lady was scared she would have called for help!!!!! She didn't she played God!
