The FBI is looking into corruption at PALA! FINALLY....
Our friends at PALA WATCH have received some letters from the husband of a woman who worked for the Pala Band of Luiseno Indians and was terminated from her job while on FMLA. She and her husband detailed a letter last month and now a second one is up at Pala Watch, we have linked to it here it here:

If the people of Pala don't do something soon to rid themselves of such corrupt leaders, they will lose everything they have and then-some. Their per-capita will fade away and any chance of ever investing in legitimate ventures that they see profit from will disappear because no other businesses will have confidence in them. They are already facing many people who are upset with their leaders, but the leaders believe their own people are idiots, in fact they believe everyone else including business partners are idiots. Howard Dickstein is even trying to dissociate himself from them, that must mean the shit is about to hit the fan, and all of Pala will be taken down with them. Goodbye per-capita, goodbye health care, any loans they have out will go into default, including members who have loans. C'est La Vie!!! Do something now or loose it all, maybe you deserve it, greedy cowards.
ReplyDeletePala EC cancelled the monthly meeting for may.the cowards are scared to face the people of Pala after ripping the Tribe off for Millions and Millions of dollars aside from disenrolling true members!
ReplyDeleteFucking cowards!
According to Smiths daughter, the one they call Beano, they are going to Las Vegas this weekend to the Mayweather fight at the MGM can anyone guess how they are going to get there?????????
ReplyDeleteYep, the jet is fueled and ready.
I think Robert should take a break give some one else a chance to make change and more money for Pala he's making deals with out the members knowlege. And check all 134 members. He disk wonder if their were a couple extra quote" non members" he gave 20 MILLION dollars to. It's going to be all about the land now. It's just the beginning. I know my husband has quite a few acres besides the property the sewer lift is on that serves all of Pala the casino too. Education going to be needed as a leader.Good Luck Family's....
ReplyDeleteJail is to good for these lying, evil, rotten, deceiving, two faced, corrupt, theiving bastards.
ReplyDeleteI will bet anything that they (the EC) will use Tribal funds to retain high powered Attorneys.
ReplyDeleteMan, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Talking about TN's daughter. I ran around with her in our younger days and believe me she was not the person she portrays herself to being. She was messing around with so many guys, ended up with a really nice white guy from Valley Center, then all of a sudden she's pregnant and claiming the baby was a Salgado. Anybody that knows the Salgado family knows their blood runs strong and there is not an ounce of Salgado blood running in that girls veins. Roylyn actually admitted to me that the baby belonged to the white guy. So this poor husband not only believed this baby was his, but had it enrolled in Pauma. I think Pauma needs to ask for a DNA because that little girl has no Pauma blood.
ReplyDeleteHas anyone verified that the FBI is looking into Pala's business? Just wondering.
ReplyDeleteYes, the FBI,IRS,U.S.Attorney are investigating Robert Smith, Theresa Nieto,Dion Perez and a couple of others involved in the corruption at Pala.Maybe Dickstien, and also Dennis Turner.
ReplyDeleteA SPECIAL EMERGENCY MEETING has been set for Saturday, May 17,2014,at the Pala Admin Building for all Pala Tribal Members. Its time to take out the trash.
ReplyDeleteThe Special Meeting will be at 5pm on saturday.
ReplyDeleteHow about the shit that Robert Smith has started in Rincon. Has anyone heard about it.
ReplyDeleteOnce your recognized and enrolled in a band, also recognized Federal and State wise, why would you or your clan be dis enrolled? Greed is the most blatant reason. Clans, families, friends may not always get along or understand each other, but saying I am more deserving than you is not what our creator picked us for. We may not get along today, but that's not yesterday or tomorrow. Indians have always supported each other or left each other alone. Except when pushed into a corner with nowhere else to go, fights brake out.
ReplyDeleteDis enrollment is not the answer to anything, anywhere. The bands as a whole should make decisions and live with them. That's how our ancestors functioned, from wherever they were from. Once someone is enrolled they met the requirements always and forever. Each individual enrolls and things can change along the way, not past things. Greed brings dis enrollment forward because dis enrollment is not even a defined word until power struggles pushed and shoved through. If someone is adopted "accepted enrolled" that's acceptable. If a family or clan has documentation and meets requirements "accepted enrolled", leave them alone. "ALL MEANS ALL" in a band.
ReplyDeleteWell it looks like Pala is on its way to healing the wounds. They voted to suspend the current EC and replace them with an Interm Committee. According to source, there wrer 80 Tribal Members signed in and the vote was 100%, 80 Members voted yes to suspend the current council and gave the go ahead for the new committee to take over all operations of the Tribe. DAMN GOOD WORK PALA.
