From what we gather, it was a good meeting and all items were passed, which would mean that Smith is suspended by vote of the general council.

If that happened to Macarro he'd just overthrow the vote like he and the other corrupt Pechanga council people did on the vote to stop all disenrollments which Macarro and Pechanga's own lawyers said was a legal vote, until it didn't go their way.
Don't give up Pechanga People.Maybe by this happining at Pala, the FBI, and Local Law Enforcement will be willing to sit down with a small group of people and see what avenues to take. Macarro is just one man(thats a figure of speach because he is in no way a man)and can't hide the truth forever. Maybe after some of Smiths & Nietos partners get wind of what is going on in Pala, they will shy away from Macarro, because from what i understand, Macarro and Smith run with some of the same people.
