Mark Macarro Screws His OWN Family Over: TRAPPED in Moratorium Are 10 Macarro Blood Relatives

It's well know that Pechanga Band of Luiseno Indians Chairman Mark Macarro has wiped out more than 20% of his tribe, via an unlawful disenrollment. (Against the Pechanga Constitution).  What more of a "family secret" is that Macarro, little brother John and Cousin Victor have all worked to keep their OWN FAMILY members out of the tribe.

Their own cousin, A. Macarro who writes the blog pechangajournal has been in the membership moratorium for over a decade. Yet as we wrote about here:Quid Pro Quo for Hunter Disenrollment  former enrollment committee chairman Bobbi LeMere was able to get her adult family into the tribe. It came just after the Hunter disenrollments were confirmed.

Take a look at the link to pechangajournal, which details some threat made to Arlene from Victor Rocha, which she has written about.  It belies that puff piece that came out last week in the Riverside Press Enterprise.

I guess being an asshole runs in the Macarro side?

  1. So Macarro exudes "fairness" by cheating his OWN family members of their rightful place in the tribe, just like he did Ibanez family members?

What was "fair" about getting LeMere's sister in the tribe?

  2. Nothing is "fair" at Pechanga. As long as the corrupt acts go unchanged, the Bad Actors think it's OK. What they forget is how they really got here. How we "ALL" got here. The truth is exactly that. Crystal clear for everyone to see. The story is being told, even the liars try and change the book. Truth will always come through, forever!

  4. Our ancestors recognized "ALL" band members and helped created the Reservation under the apartheid treatment of US Governments. Now band members within think its OK to cast apartheid acts from within, even if the majority does not feel it. If "ALL" faced these actions things would be accepted faster. Bad Actors tell lies to hide behind Sovereignty and push others away if they disagree with them. These actions will not last forever. The Federal Government finally settled greedy behavior and created Reserves, what are the greedy Bad actors going do in their existence? Take they lies with them to the creator after they leave the story? We will see.

  6. They threatened Arlene Macarro so she does not say much.I believe it was Victor Rocha that told her to be quiet.

  7. Arlene was one of the few to be vocal. Too bad Hunters and Apis were so quiet, and and now quit..
Pechanga can ignore you when it's only a few..

  10. Everyone is exactly where they are suppose to be in the storybook. Either you support the Bad Actors, don't, or ignore "ALL". No matter where we are we should only do good. That's the truth. Keep doing good at what your heart says. The Creator's stories where all ready written, everyone has a place. Stay there if your comfortable.

  11. If you're uncomfortable, ask yourself what could I do to move into comfort. Maybe a bad actor makes you comfortable. Maybe telling the truth makes you comfortable. Maybe ingnoring both makes you comfortable. Listen to your heart and find comfort.

  12. Maybe doing nothing , because others quit makes you feel good by walking away?

Some people just are not fighters.

  13. I see people on this site talk about people doing nothing. I wonder why someone would say that. I am sure they do not know what we do or don't do. Just beacuse someone leaves a post on this site does that mean they are doing something? I think not. Doing somthing is writting letters, sending emails/fasx, being a menber of AIRRO. I know quite a few of our brothers and sisters who have not given up, but you will not see them post on this site beacuse they are too busy working to provide for their families and they are also doing the things I have already mentioned. Now that I think about it. Your little rant about us not doing anything is meaningless because I will not tell them about your petty thoughts. I will help them though to write more letters and the funny thing is you still will not know what we do that is unless you get involved and do somthing more than complain on this site.

  15. can you elaborate on the 10 Macarro relatives in moratorium?

  16. As US Gov. representatives are aware of. The Bad actors have disbanded band members who disagreed with their actions. The Bad actors have also allowed moratorium against others to justify to the Bad Actors club they should be left as Spokesman. the truth is "ALL" should be enrolled, that is custom and tradition of Pechanga.

  17. Keep writing letters to everyone and share the truth, if you don't agree with the Bad Actors in take overs of bands.
