Multiple sources say former Pechanga Band of Luiseno Indians Tribal Chairwoman Jennie Miranda attempted to regain her citizenship status in the band at a tribal meeting on Sunday.
HER ATTEMPT FAILED MISERABLY
As we reported:
A recent letter from the rez to our politicians has pointed out that former tribal chair Jennie Miranda has been investigated for money laundering and embezzlement from the tribe. They were not disenrolled, as 25% of the tribe has been, but disenfranchised, a new term. No per capita, but still get their health care. How disgusting. Congratulations Macarro.
As of as recent as April the Pechanga tribe has been dealing and covering RICO act violations and discussion of money laundering and embezzlement, committed by Jennie, Larry, Anthony, Andrew and Raymond Miranda all were found to have purchased slot machines illegally and illegally sold them. This family has held positions of power serving on the tribal council, the gaming commission and the Pechanga Development Corporation.
Please be aware that this is the start of a new type of organized criminal organization. Because of sovereignty congress is to a degree giving their "blessing" to this activity by ignoring numerous violations and illegal activity. The Tribal Councils involved fear of wielding sovereignty like a sword to destroy anything or anyone that will get in the way of their agendas, legal or not. There is no concern for the individuals or the tribe as a whole.
Sunday, the tribe took up the question as to whether the criminal element that has been disenfranchised for stealing from the tribe, with Jennie Miranda leading the way, son Larry and other assorted Mirandas. Sources say, Gloria Wright and Stella (who has her own issues) brought up the question.
Interesting that there's a separate set of rules for some tribal members who name rhymes with JOHN MACARRO, whose thievery is in black and white isn't held to the same standards,...

Let me get this right, they still afraid to discuss the issue about John Macarro stilling money but decide to to have all day discussion on Jennie...Wow sounds like a board meeting deciding who is allowed in there Club.
"Steeling money"
The Criminal faction of Pechanga does not care about the true source of the band. This faction does not honor the truth, and our Ancestors as a whole. Our children will discover the truth, and this faction will face it. I hope sooner than later. Why was the reservation created? Did our Ancestors have factions who tried to take away from others? Did our Ancestors ever believe their families would be kicked out of the band?
Wonder how felon Basquez voted?
It seems ok to “Steal” from the Tribe. Next we will start seeing Honor plaque’s stating whom stoled the most money and monthly charts.
Our ancestors knew what it felt like to lose their land, livelihood, and freedom. Remember they were evicted by the San Diego Sherriff in the mid 1870's. There was no justice or resource for those Temecula Indians. It is a fact that is ignored by the tribe that our family was there at this time, and even the casino sits on our ancestors land, you know Pablo Apis. We know what it feels like make no mistake we know.
Steal or still they do nothing , dirty bitch jennie.
Everyone steals from Pechanga, even casino employees. It's a free for all. I know some employees who steal $1000-$2000 a week. My cut is for looking the other way and doing nothing about. Many thanks chairman Macarro and gaming commission for turning a blind eye too.
I wonder what Smith and his crew are going to do when Sovereignty is uprooted and is no longer a weapon to be used by them.
I know one thing for sure, if I was ever elected Chairman in Pala
my second order of business would be to banish Smith, Nieto and Perez from the Reservation for lifetime.
Leave them out in the cold like they did to others. My first order would be an audit of every department and employee of the Tribe, and to restore the disenrolled back to where they belong.
