Thank you to all of you who had sent me election results. We appreciate having the results.
Looks like Corrina Sanchez is out of a job and a huge payday.
Additionally, the remaining tribal members, after the Apis and Hunter disenrollments voted to NOT pass Constitutional amendments. See the picture for the results. Felon Jr. Basquez was also re-elected.
Now John and Mark know that they will be unstoppable with there corruption, the people are frightened of them or they just don't care.
ReplyDeletemy question is....what kind of ammendment to the constitution and/or bylaws was passed? that could wreak even more havoc than mark macarro remaining on council as tribal chair, depending on the changes...
ReplyDeleteoh, i see---DIDN'T pass...still significant in knowing where the tribe is headed...anyone care to comment on what the proposed changes to the constitution and/or bylaws were? thanks!
ReplyDeleteWhen we used to vote in Pala, it would say on the ballot that if a vote was not made on each thing, the ballot would not count, is this true for Pechanga, because these numbers do not add up. 511 people voted on the Chairman, but only 462 voted on the Amendment. Definitely fishy. They did not allow abstains either. Don't know what the amendment was but it usually means more power for the dictator.
ReplyDeleteDid Ray Jr. have anything to do with the Casino Dealer School his mother/stepmother is being sued for?
ReplyDeleteAlso heard she is declaring bankruptcy? How could that be? With all the money Ray Sr got from the disenrollments???
I am guessing 275 people at pechanga are not real blood and 175 are?
ReplyDeleteBecause of the Amendment vote? This is the splinter group (275).
Figures don't add up in the calculations. Total number of votes don't add up to those that voted..,
ReplyDelete450 and 500 votes for tribal council (macarro)?
ReplyDeleteThey cheated or stacked the votes !!!!!!
ReplyDelete511 tribal council votes for Mark Macarro.
This means each member votes 4 times for 4 council members .
The total is 2096?
But if you use the total 511 that voted for MACARRO that would be 2044 total votes for 4 tribal council people ,..
SOMEONE GOT AN EXTRA 52 VOTES OUT OF THE AIR ? FRAUD?
If you take 50 away from Butch Murphy ( Any of the others could have won)?
ReplyDeleteLooking at the number who voted, I know Pechanga disenrolled 100's it looked like only half the Rez voted.
ReplyDeleteWhatever happened in Cosentino v. Fuller? Sovereign Immunity prevailed once again?
ReplyDeleteFrom 462 members voting on the Amendment?
ReplyDeleteTo 511 voting for Head of tribal council ?
To 2096 votes for 4 council members ?
To 2044 votes for 4 council members is right for 511 members voting.
Are the voters F-tards or what ?
Yes tribe won.
ReplyDeleteLike the old saying "The House Always Wins"
ReplyDeleteA survey was done with some tribal members. Most dont trust how this democracy is being ran. Photos of ballots were taken by each member as they were filled out. Phones were allowed in the voting booths. Yes there were a couple votes (a couple) for Macarro but there were more for Ibanez than tallied and as for Perez the amount we had was unconfirmed as there wasnt enough recieved. It should be more as well. As we all were aware the numbers wouldn't add up. How many were outside? How many voted on the reservation? The bylaws voting was on the ballot but almost no one realized it was there. According to the photos it was left blank. When members were asked it was stated the same, that they just missed it and no one mentioned it was there. The change was so council can be there for 4 years instead of 2. No one wanted this to go through so this also brings up an interesting point.
ReplyDeleteI knew the numbers weren't adding up. Bring it to the membership meeting.
ReplyDeletePala all over again.
ReplyDeleteGod forbid Perez or Ibanez do right by their members
ReplyDeletePhotos?? Release them!!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteIt is odd that the numbers do not add up. What is significant is that the number of the total vote does not equal the total tribal members. It appears that fear and apathy still dominate the tribe. Most member will not vote against Marcy or the rest of the goon squad. They know that their votes can be tracked given this vote was done electronically. also the mail in votes were most likely manipulated or discarded if they did not vote for the little queen um I mean king. You know who I am; I am Guero Nunez aka White Buffalo. This vote is proof that the tribe has lost it's way and does not care about history, culture, and the preservation of identity. I wonder if Ed the Potato Head is still kicking.
ReplyDeletePechanga will continue to go downhill. It's really sad that this is happening.
ReplyDeleteThat ballot is federal evidence of fraud. Good job OP!
ReplyDeleteThat's a lot of ballots cast, do they add up?
ReplyDeleteIt says official results at the top,....
ReplyDeleteWhy bother even having an election.
ReplyDeleteIt never changes, always the same results.
Need an outside honest firm to conduct the elections.
Who told you that the tribe won Cosentino vs. Fuller?
ReplyDeleteThe case was unpublished.
ReplyDeleteHere's how it works. A tribal member can vote for up to 6 council members and 1 for chairman. But can also vote for no council members, or only 1, or 2, or 4, or whatever. Trying to do the math to make up theories or see anything as suspicious just isn't possible. One guy can vote for only 1 council member and one or no chairman. Then the next guy might vote for 6 council and a chair. And so on, all day long. You can't get voter totals from that! It's always been this way. You would know that if you were ever a member who participated in the tribe and paid attention. As for the ammnded constitution, the existing is good, it's just almost 40 years old, needs an update. And NOBODY was taking photos of ballots. That's just stupid. People would not stand for it.
ReplyDeleteAnd there was no survey taken by anybody of any members. That's just made up BS. And nobody would ever dare try to take photos of ballots at the voting place.
