Synopsis: During the month of August the Mendocino County Sheriff's Office was made aware of a large marijuana growing operation located in the 13800 Block of Nakomis Road but accessed off of Pratt Ranch Road in Hopland CA.  The garden was located within the exterior boundaries of the Hopland Band of Pomo Indian Rancheria.

The Mendocino County Sheriff's Office consulted with representatives from the Federal Government and learned the Federal Government would not be asserting jurisdication in this matter but was not opposed to the Mendocino County Sheriff's Office proceeding with an investigation into the commercial cultivation of marijuana for sale.

On 9-2-2016 around 10:00 AM deputies with the Mendocino County Sheriff's Office, assisted by the Ukiah Police Department, the California Department of Fish and Wildlife and the Mendocino County Department of Environmental Health, served a search warrant at the location.  Hopland Tribal Police did not assist with this operation but were contacted regarding the matter and were provided a copy of the search warrant.

At the location 847 marijuana plants were eradicated.  Three persons were detained, two of whom were later arrested.  Suspect Zachary Diamond was arrested on charges of cultivation of marijuana, possession of marijuana for sale, and possession of nunchaku (a prohibited weapon).  Suspect Kyle Murphy was arrested on charges of cultivation of marijuana and possession of marijuana for sale.  Bail for both suspects was set at $50,000.

This case investigation is on going.  Anyone with information related to this commercial marijuana growing operation is requested to contact the Mendocino County Sheriff's Office tip line at (707)234-2100.  Persons can provide tips and remain anonymous.

You'd think tribal members would stampede volunteering to weed the marijuana patch.

Do all members share in the profits?

No, Joe San Diego told tribal members that last years crops produced nothing so the out of state investors didn't and wouldn't pay their lease to the tribe. In the tune of $2 million +/- plus tax.

Also, the tribal chairwoman threatened all tribal members that came near the pot farm that she will press charges for trespassing against the tribal members. On their own tribal lands, they would be trespassers.
The tribal chairwoman Iyesha Miller also used the same investors to install grow crops in her back yard.

Her mother Wanda also operates a meth lab out of her garage. Her sister, the chairwoman's aunt deals the meth from her bedroom window.
And they have hired armed fake police officers, casino security managers, and the asian mob to secure the tribal lands and scare the tribal members away from their own tribal lands.

And the BIA still won't do anything about it. They won't talk to anyone who isn't on the tribal council. So if any individual Indians need BIA assistance, they're on their own...because, sovereign.

Yep, unfortunately, there is no federal entity that will help. The UN or Interpol might be able to step in, but from the looks of the way things are going for most tribes, it might just be better to handle it with in. It is like hands are being forced leaving no other option.

When mayhem ensues, we shall tell intruding authorities that they shouldn't get involved in tribal matters like the many times they wouldn't get involved before.

I here that Pala is going to trick the Memebers into a POT FARM by voting on a grape orchard at the next meeting.

@ 1:49 AM
I just heard the same thing. We do not need this on top of everything else that's been going on in Pala.
And who would run this venture?
Maybe the smith brothers, Robert and Andrew.
The "MAG LIGHT BROTHERS".

It looks like Anthony Boles and Tyann ALLEN HAVE BEEN REARRESTED in one of the Murder cases in Pala.
This time she (Allen)was charged with first degree murder and Boles was charged with helping her after the fact.
Good news, and I hope she gets the Death sentence for it and he needs to spend life in prison without parole.
