Attorney Andrew Twietmeyer does a great job presenting the case and 2 of the 3 judges were well informed of the issues. The 3rd judge may have been playing video games on his IPAD. Very interesting points, the opposing attorney's circular argument made no sense.

Still no proof that Sara Setshwaelo is the approved tribal attorney for PBMI. Somehow the requirement for BIA approval for attorneys as stipulated in the PBMI Constitution is never enforced. Maybe it doesn't matter. This video says PBMI is an association and not a tribe. Can an association have a tribal attorney?
