My friend, Emilio Reyes has filed another lawsuit against the B.I.A. After winning so many judgements (OP: It's been pointed out to me that there have been NO JUDGEMENTS against the BIA. There have been SETTLEMENTS. Sorry for my confusion) against them so far, the Department of Justice is HAPPY for the shutdown to minimize their workload that the BIA is forcing them to defend.
Emilio states in his STOP TRIBAL GENOCIDE website:
The Bureau of Indian Affairs failed to adhere FOIA deadlines, unlawfully withheld historical records, wrongfully asserted fees, failed to consult with the Solicitor, acted arbitrarily and capriciously on 1 Privacy Act Request and 10 FOIA requests.
Emilio is under attack from attorneys purportedly working on the San Pasqual enrollment issue, and from their hired genealogist, who came at ME trying to smear him. She works with the Kizh of San Gabriel Valley, a federally unrecognized tribal group.
GOOD LUCK Emilio. And my readers can see the filing at the link above.
The public record shows LA Superior Court Case BC724250
ReplyDeleteEmilio Reyes v. Escobar & Kizh Nation Resources Management. As the plaintiff, it is Emilio who is attacking the Native genealogist and the Tribe that he originally applied for enrollment in. Hmmmmmmmmm
She came to me over a year ago attacking him via email. Using documents secured most likely from Kizh people.
ReplyDeleteGood luck, don't ever give up'if its worth taking one step on the journey its worth finishing'no matter what other people think, whats right is right and whats wrong is wrong and people don't like the truth if it don't fit their agenda..
ReplyDeleteGood try Anonymous 10:34. Clearly, page 13 of the Complaint explains the truth about his allegations against Escobar, Kizh and FRAUD McIntosh.
ReplyDeleteHahaha! Looks like Emilo has Alexandras attention! Anonymous 10:34 is Alexandra McIntosh😂 What a pos! Can't wait to see McIntosh out of business! Shady, shady, shady! You should be ashamed McIntosh! Looks like your bad deeds are finally catching up to you
ReplyDeleteIts extremely sad and disheartening to see a woman like Macintosh take advantage of Indians she acts like she cares about. She doesn't! She cares about taking money and stroking her inflated ego. If she wasn't so shady, a lawsuit never would have been necessary in the first place
ReplyDeleteIt’s like who would know Mr. Reyes applied for enrollment ? But the attorney, the genealogist and those in tribal enrollment of the Kizh My Ass Nation.
ReplyDeleteYeah, agreed. McIntosh is shady. Go to the San Diego court case search if you want to see what this person is all about. And we wonder why our legal system is screwed up? When we let people like this practice law, they undermine our entire legal process, making the system even more screwed up than it already is. Her bad behavior and harassment is completely inappropriate! McIntosh is a wrecking ball, destroying innocent peoples lives for her selfish, personal gain. Take her law license away!!!
ReplyDeleteI know McIntosh also! She is a walking nightmare! Glad to see her getting outed by you all.
ReplyDeleteAnonymous 9:07 : She brought this on to herself. Everything done in the dark will eventually be brought to light. Looks like she has a spot light! Lol
ReplyDeleteI want to see how all this plays out! Thank you anonymous 9:10! I pray Emilo wins his case!
ReplyDeleteYou can file a complaint against her, if they get enough and she is investigated, she could be disbarred. Here is the link: http://www.calbar.ca.gov/Public/Complaints-Claims/How-to-File-A-Complaint
ReplyDeleteCopy and paste it in your browser search bar, it is pretty simple to fill out and you can do it anonymously.
IS this the Emilio 'pretendian' Reyes that tried to enroll in four different tribes, and was told your not one of us but a mariachi. San Pascual, Pechanga, Diguenos, and the Gabrielenos still remember the sarape you wore. How much tread is left on your huarachis from going back-n-forth, you might even be a gypsy. The Diguenos said keep going south. The fact you tried to join a tribe was it an attempt stay in the U.S? Sue the BIA? That was fraudulent document you posted no attorney, no case number. An inquiry was made and no such suit exist. What's up with that? And Cuehuevos you should be ashamed of yourself backing pretendians. Glorifying the frauds. Your no better than your buddy M. Macarro. This is not a blog this is a Mercado, PAISA POWERED. Cuehuevos, start posting factual documents when submitted. Let the truth set you free. Don't forget spring break at Papas n beer. Bring the beer not your rear.
ReplyDeleteWow! The pencil troll McIntosh shows he face again, lol. Anonymous 11:10 : Funny how you dare to throw rocks from a glass house. Why don't you tell everyone how you got arrested for a dui and didn't report it to the bar, as required by law. You are a career Criminal, attempting to hide your wrongs by using the Indian community. You should be tossed out of the Indian community completely. You pick fights because you are an angry, hateful, greedy and shady lady. Emilo is in the right. You stole from him and attempted to ruin his life, like you have done to MANY other people. You are a fraudster, a thief and a criminal. McIntosh, you need help, not just AA, but psychological help. Put down the bottle, stop the pills and let your, whatever is wrong with you, begin to heal. As long as you are dependent on alcohol and Pharmaceuticals, you will continue to deteriorate as you are.
ReplyDeleteEmilo, we got your back. Enough is enough. Keep up the good fight! We are praying for you! Life doesn't put you where you want to be, it puts you where you need to be. Im sorry you being forced to go through this! You are strong, kind hearted and YOU have the best interest of the Indian community in mind. We support the good!
ReplyDeletePlease look up McIntosh's Case No. CN310912 in the North County Division of the Superior Court of California. Select Criminal under Case Type and North County under Case Location. The documents are public records and state McIntosh's criminal activity. She is an alcoholic and drug addict, don't believe me? Request the record with the court and find out yourself her criminal activity. Then contact the California Bar and find out if this incident was reported. IT WAS NOT and she is under investigation FYI.
ReplyDeleteIf someone has a driver license and an "expert" publishes a report that says you don't have a driver license and you are injured from that publication, then you're entitled to damages in the case. I can't wait to see Emilio win his case against Escobar, Kizh and McIntosh.
ReplyDeleteIf you are white you do not tell a Native person to prove their Nativeness–even in a well-meaning way. This is still colonial violence and white supremacy at its finest. I don’t care if it comes from white or assimiliated Natives reconnecting, because bona fide Natives will never question other Native’s identity.
ReplyDeleteSome Pechanga people allowed a dismemberment of the Hunter clan. An allotted family on the Pechanga Reservation. Then said to the dismembered your only allowed access to your allotment no other location available on the rez without an escort. Not even allowed to use parks or recreation areas? Paulina Hunter original allotted Indian on the Pechanga reservation was recorded by honored band members on oral recorded deposition that she is a member of Pechanga and her children also. Ignore the certified recorded history is not custom and tradition of the Pechanga people. Stripping other people rights is not our people ways. WeRone
